Jair Cabral is an Alabama NAR member specializing in Huntsville's single-family and residential markets. With a strong background in community engagement, he brings a people-first approach to real estate, ensuring his clients receive dedicated support throughout the buying and selling process.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jair served as a Community Relations Coordinator for the nonprofit The Ability Experience (501c3), where he partnered with organizations on social engagement, public outreach, social media campaigns, and fundraising. This experience honed his ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and navigate complex negotiations-skills he now applies when advocating for his clients in the competitive real estate market.
Jair understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it's a major life decision. He has personally found a great benefit in volunteering and plans to implement the values of integrity and teamwork as he transitions into serving consumers. Jair is still an avid cyclist and ultra-endurance athlete and has found much joy adventuring through the local trails and scenic roads of Madison County.
